Let's not forget Condeleezza Rice who said in her immortal words. "You would have risked shutting down the American civil aviation system with such general information," she said during a presentation at the White House.

I mean damn, we shut the thing down afterwards instead! Sort of like closing the barn door after the horse lit the fire; and watching him burn.
