Nope, Tampa plays that way on purpose. They skirt that rule all the time.

That being said, wonder what is going to happen with Kucherov? They say he will be traveling to Chicago, but you gotta wonder if he is going to be able to play? Never came back in the game last night, so something has to be hurting pretty badly. If he is out, that is going to make things even more difficult for Tampa.
