To those voting no on all items on the proxy:

Why are you voting no to item 1?
There are four directors up for nomination. McGann, Liscouski and Turnelle are already there. And the fourth nomination, James Simon, seems pretty well qualified to me.

I'll be voting yes to item 1.

I'm just now getting to read through the proxy and will post more questions as I get to them.
