Luna: I am not looking for assurances about the cert, but it would sure move things along if all needed paper work was in place to start revenue flights on certification. If they do not have everything in order after all these delays then I can't see regular flights to ST Pete starting for many months down the road and and that will not help the PPS.

This of course is just my opinion. which I feel is as good as yours or anyone elses here. After all the DD that some have done , we are still waiting.
