Actually, MJMJ does not own this ranch. They are in a joint venture with the owners of that ranch, The Wilderness Trail Ranch.

There is no information about how exactly revenue from visitors will be split between MJMJ and the Roberts family who have been running the ranch for over 40 years before its repurposing as a “cannabis resort”. One thing however, is certain – staying at the CannaCamp does not come cheap. Two people renting the smaller Ponderosa cabin for a single night will set them back $828."

I think they may own at least one or both of the Bud+Breakfast locations, though.
