DB when it became Clear years ago who Joe C is. IMO he has been behind QASP scam from the beginning. That is what he does. He gets away with it this long because people ignore all the warnings and history with QASP. Once one business scam isn't getting shares any more just start new one. Donnell is just another in line of prefers running his scam. Dilution will never end because prefers never get diluted. Doesn't matter how many common o/s for them. They still own same % of QASP. Common never own much of QASP and never will.
