Nope, not 14. It took panels from the first 4 "funded" clouds in Japan to supposedly build the 1 cloud that Duhberto put on his website and now they can't even tie in to the grid to sell the electricity they claim will be generated.

Now that the electric companies aren't willing to allow clouds to tie into the grid, now that they can't sell the electricity generated, how will they create revenue to pay all those "investors" the monthly payment they're due to collect for the next 20 years? Sounds like a collapsing Ponzi scheme.
