LOL!!! im doubting the torment is actually torment....I Believe for all that have not followed every nook and cranny of DD will see many questions answered in the following county meetings in June and the first 3 weeks of July.......
in addition, if one has not worked with municipalities, they will not know how to find all the proper sentiment of a process....
imo INCC has a great chance to get water approval and a license....
they have taken ALL THE STEPS that they can take up until this point...
their land is zoned proper and their water process is right where it needs to be....
as we stated ALL ALONG...this is a process and waiting is part of it...
we can see some people lack patience and hence some may have said bye bye...
but for STRONG LONGS, all this does, is create a dip on VERY LOW , and I MEAN VERY LOW VOLUME - to try and accumulate more.....
getting a LICENSE takes time, there are many steps....and waiting is part of it....the key is to NOT give up and the good thing is that they dont need to GIVE UP - its not like the property is COSTING THEM ANYTHING during the wait times.....they have a fantastic lease imo
this is ALL VERY GOOD for INCC$$$$
many times LANDLORDS will not want to wait, but they have a GREAT LANDLORD that understands that the process takes time also....
in addition to the one FWDG deal ...
the leadership of INCC is living in COLORADO....they are constantly looking at the latest and freshest opportunity's in the sector....
i think the last part of this year will be record breaking times for INCC....jmho
