You know what gets rid of fire ant stinging and swelling is
coca cola. I was changing a flat on a trailer in a hay field and a few got on me, mostly on my back. One of the ladies with me grabbed rag and poured a coke in it and dabbed all the stings. They immediately quit stinging and they didn't swell up and make the blisters like they usually do. She said you have to do it right after they bite though and I don't know if it works on bee stings.
