So the CEO, who had already hired him a BK lawyer with money furnished by the DOC (50 K) as a retainer went to the creditors and tole them the tale. The Creditors who had already seen that they were not gonna get anything unless CDEX got ahold of some money had nought to lose but MAYBE to gain went along.

I almost forgot that the perps had to admit who paid the retainer for the bumfield caused cdex bankruptcy to Ryles' attorney. That's right Jason Terrell's buy in was the 50K retainer. So yes the list of big losers does include him, so let's see that's bumfield, Motta, Robert Stewart and Terrell. It's tough typing this because of the laughing!
