Really think the play is to sell Friday, dont even get the shares .. ride the momo dont count on anyone giving you free money .. you know why this dividend went down, because the county wont approve the zoning and the land will be worth what a residential developer wants to pay ... maybe yes maybe no.. but dont stick around to see it
