he is.... he could of gone after NYC knowing that his comments in say so would of push up the pps ( it would of for sure) but he said that TRTC was not going after NYC b/c it would of cost too much money. that is a clear sign of a mature "grown up" CEO.... how do you not get that? TRTC is focused on Edible gardens , NV and IVXX . if you ask me the CEO is doing a great job and running TRTC better than any other CEO of apot penny stock in this sector.

that said, the PPS is going down bc trtc is playing the game with their cards shown... the price shareholders pay when they demand a penny stock to be transparent.
