Health Canada denied CEN a license with legal cause, as set forth by Health Canada MMPR Regulations.

The judge will be informed , as required under section 97 of the MMPR regulations , that the security clearance granted under section 92 was removed by taking into account 97.(1) The Minister may suspend a security clearance on receipt of information that could change the Minister’s determination made under section 92.

That under 97.(5) The Minister may cancel the security clearance if the Minister determines under section 92 that the holder may pose an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the control of the production and distribution of cannabis under the Act and its regulations,

Considering that the Cenbiotech statement of proper zoning is in conflict with Lakeshore zoning, Cenbiotech statement of acquired services ( water, electrical service, sewage ) is in conflict with conformation from Lakeshore, that the variance of the Chaaban signature on official documents make it impossible to know who is signing the required documentation , that the public comments and news releases by officials and representatives of Cenbiotech are in conflict with information provided to Cenbiotech by Health Canada. etc etc
