lol, they just got/ bought those shares, those shares are restricted for @least 1 year and reflecting the voting rights of the directors of RDSH.

And why would they just merge in to RDSH, going though all those SEC forms needs now, when they would sell them??

Thats Not working here, CLICK made an IPO with merging in to RDSH, they got those shares in exchange, Name/ Ticker shares should follow, bod members already changed, Dr Leonard is now Ceo, President, Mr Staker is dir, Mr Nugent is further only Dir.

Again, No pref shares issued, restricted common shares reflecting the voting power of the dirs and cant be sold @least 1 year.
