5) NO PARTNER TO FUND PLANNED EXPANSION(YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS) DILUTION HERE I COME.

Wow, now your viewpoint has a negative slant on all aspects of PPHM. As a friendly suggestion, take a few minutes to write down all the positive things going on with the company right now. Forget the share price for now. List only items that you think may have a short term positive impact on the PPS. Look at the situation only from a positive perspective. If you can do that on paper, and do not come up with enough good reasons to own the stock, you might think about changing your name to PPHMLONGGONE. Enough reasons are there if you look. Invest in what you believe in, or it makes no sense to risk your money. IMHO
