Why is Cdex Inc still here? Behold> because Mr. Brumfield was chosen by Angel Investors to lead Cdex. Just a simple fact.
When I think of a bad public speaker, I think of Ex-Apple Exec Scott Forstall, he was horrible. And he was with Apple.
Or how about Mark Pincus – Unlikeable, Unreachable & Unrelatable. He has trouble articulating his thoughts in a way that is sequential or easy for people to digest. But his company is solid.
The point here is, Mr. Brumfield is liked, he was chosen, no one who chose him has asked him to walk. He backs down to no one, does not delegate his responsibilities to anyone. He gets done what needs to get done. That says all one needs to know.
What comes to mind when one hears others talk about Mr. Brumfield's determination to get Cdex Inc to the next level, one remembers "ALL" the bitter people that Mp left at the front door of Cdex Inc. Mr. Brumfield walked into a horrible pig pen and very very upset people. Watching and listening to him address the horrible office and upset people, this quote comes to mind:
