BS, the float is bought up, its not the real float. I happen to know the guy who wants to buy the shell and he has big money backing him yet the Bruce team has not given him the papers he asked for so he can do a deal.
Why are these clowns dragging there feet. Do they not want to sell this or are they waiting until they sell all the 61 million outstanding. Its very possible this 61 million was divided up and free trading in these crooks accounts prior to the deregistering of the company. These nickel and dimers probably been selling chump change for the past 10 years. So lets assume the float is 61 million which is still small but not movable without a material event.
If the float was 6.83 million with what was bought up the pps would be well into the pennies.

Pink shorts will never short the crap out of a company without safe guards, they either know they can cut a share deal to cover with the ceo or they buy them back up cheaper. Since the price is so low and held down there is no way they are shorting down here without a deal from the company or the float is bs and there is no short.
