It works only if your in first. the service the offer is you get to know which stock they are about to pick 30 minutes before the post it. I agree this should be illegal, but they can move a stock. There is big money behind this thing. Big money. Once the stock comes off their list it falls like a rock and a new bunch of bag holders are left wondering wtf just happened to my money.
