No, I would not agree to that. Redistributing wealth requires the initiation of force against one group in order to benefit another. As libertarianism rejects the initiation of force, it follows that it also rejects redistribution of wealth. People should be allowed to keep their own property and not have it taken from them by thiefs/government.
