Maybe Im wrong on this and hopefully it is not the case... but... If the stock gets halted, or even worse revoked, then that would most likely mean a complete loss on all common stock IMO. The lawsuit result would be a moot point because it would be extremely unlikely for common holders to ever be paid a penny. All IMO. Do you disagree?
