Anyone going down to the MMA expo this weekend. I'll be down there saturday night for the Muay Thai fights to watch fellow UMA team member Enzo Rojas do us proud. Then I'll be back on sunday just to take in the show. Anyone sign up for any of the seminars.

Hello Costa nice to see you on line posting . I am not sure if you know this, but all of team UMA ia now Team Go-Riki. I am proud to have all of the guys I train with be part of my team. Go-Riki is getting bigger and bigger and there is lots of talent

Hey Costa - Karen and I will be heading down to Toronto shortly to watch the Muay Thai fights with Paul Minhaus; might hotel it tonight down there if it gets too late - see you there.

Yes, the fights were really good, I really enjoy the ceremonial part of the muay thai fight. It was amazing to see the little guys work through some of their technique. Gary and I had a great time, Andrew and Kick-a-pole were there too, so hopefully we'll see some pics soon. The people from The Fight Network took good care of us there tonight.

It was nice to be at the fights and just relax and enjoy, instead of going through the stress that comes with one of Gary's fights. Costa, Gary said you were there, but I missed you. Catch you next time.
