But far less then what the math indicated he would get..so yea sticking to the facts shows that Goliath was taken down by David for half of what was owed him... based on the math we kept seeing this was to go on until sometime in Oct...well thats what... 5 months way... so I would say although David got himself into this mess by backing down from Goliath in the beginning...he came to his senses and kick his ass when it came right down to it.
And those are the facts... as sticky as anyone wants them to be... cant run from the truth or the facts in this case.
David did what he was told over and over and over again he could not do..he got out of his mess with Goliath..he showed that the facts were indeed way off base when he was told over and over and over again that he was to cash strapped, so legally bound to the settlement he would be stuck in it till OCTOBER... and low and behold he was out of it on June 2nd.
