I highly doubt that... that there is a case of any kind Typenex could levy against Breathe...
I am sure a great big old boogie man company like Typenex can distinguish between who did them wrong when it comes to either Olde-Monmouth-Stock Transfer Co. or Breathe Ecig Corp.
Why go after the big fish Monmouth when they could bring the new little guppy start up to its knees if they wanted to.
Oh wait it was a little start up JV partner of Breathe who just took Goliath down wasn't... must be boogie man Typenex would rather fight with someone else... Also does anyone ever wonder why Typenex has so many legal battles... they seem to be in the news daily fighting some court battle with the very people they go into business with, maybe they are the bad guy eh?
