i believe the words overseas energy used is ABANDONED the drilling due to technical difficulties of the equipment.so unless the hunt #3 had such an arduous journey on the highway from bellevue to launceston affecting the degrading of the performance of their equipment i would conclude there were severe issues of the equipment at bellevue with moduspec that were never handled thus no fit for purpose certificate.maybe too these same issues were never addressed at westwood 1 who knows ?maybe no fit for purpose certificate was ever issued at westwood 1?imo

lets get the case in court and read the hunt energy side .this should get interesting..imo
