Yep. But IR told me many weeks ago that MMXT could be used as a shell to put some other hot business into and SCMI could then absorb MMXT and move to the otcbb as a fully reporting company. Not that I believe anything from IR. That was many weeks ago. I didn't buy into that line of bs because of potential lawsuits...but who knows?
