LOL I am selling Brooklyn Heights and buying freakin dumbo,Brooklyn right now so noticed your board. Gosh its hot real estate with big future. No doubt. Sitting on East River with tremendous views of skyline. Its so close to downtown.

Funny thing is movers are fairly ubiquitous to obtain for at least personal resisdences. Why would this mover be special? What is his real estate portfolio by neighborhood?
