That's the Screamer and His Thundering Herd of Zombies.

Here's how they operate.

The Screamer buys a position.
He then spits on the camera while recommending the stock he just bought.
The Thundering Herd then begins a stampede into the stock.
Then The Screamer sells, and the Screamer remoras who feast on the scraps left behind institute their shorts, which pay off when the Herd exits for the next stampede.

Meanwhile the stock that was subject to the stampede is left with mangled technicals and bruised and battered longs.
