CyberArk Software Ltd. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Follow-On Offering

(NASDAQ: CYBR), the company that protects organizations from cyber attacks that have made their way inside the network perimeter, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of its ordinary shares. A majority of the shares are expected to be sold by shareholders of the company and approximately $50 million of the shares are expected to be sold by CyberArk. The underwriters will have a 30-day option from the date of the offering to purchase additional ordinary shares from the selling shareholders. CyberArk will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by selling shareholders. The number of shares to be sold and the allocation of the shares between CyberArk and existing shareholders have not yet been determined.
