Why would a San Diego reporter drive 45 minutes north to Carlsbad and spend 30 minutes to an hour interviewing the CEO of a defunct company if there wasn't something bubbling here? Oh well, bird on a wire and essential elements of friendly information on the social scene mean absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, the smoke may be settling for now from all the silence, and other strange things could likely be fizzling behind the Bud Genius, Inc. curtain, IMHO. Take it with a grain of salt.
