I think thats pretty close to whats happening. Basically nothing and they PDGO will just keep loosing assets over time, and lease obligations will come into play, and well liabilities will build. I think PDGO is over as a entity, some one may come in and buy up the shell, if there are no legal actions against the shell or extreme liabilities, but maybe even thats just wishing at this point.
