They had an old subsidiary, Cosmed, that they were trying to sell in 2013/2014 (it was included in discontinued ops). They must not have been able to find a buyer, as it was reclassed back into continuing ops as of April 2014.
I assume Cosmedicine is the same operation with a new legal name. It's a specialty cosmetic company...had 3 employees at 12/31/14.
