You want news? Here's a little: Both Mike Willingham and James Anderson have resigned from the official equity committee. (See Doc. #449, filed today.) Don't know why but have heard indirectly from Edgar Sergent of Susman-Godfrey that it has nothing to do with the viability of the EC's case. Possibilities include potential conflicts of interest, other personal or professional obligations, or the UST's fastidiousness regarding trading or something else. If anyone is paying attention, this could provide a slight dip in share price and a buying opportunity. Anyone want to volunteer to fill the gap?
