$VIDG the company acquired the right, title and interest to 27 Vid3G mobile application patents (9 patents and 18 patents pending from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing) from Leexoo Technology Ltd/Vid3G LLC with which they are utilizing to develop the next generation social video sharing mobile application for Asia and North America. That is huge considering 700 Million Users need this tool.
