I've already posted that a week ago. My point is someone a week ago basically guarantees breakout this past week and it didn't and priced dropped. I'm just saying call it when it is occuring vs the guessing game. It would not shock me if a breakout occurred this week or the earliest part of next week. If it doesn't than price will drift.
