Because according to the SB2 filing, the company is in financial trouble. They need money. They're not going to spend it on a buyback. It's financially stupid for a company to do something like that unless they happen to have extra cash lying around. It was made very clear to us that they don't have the cash they need.
The only thing that will drive the PPS up is subs. They are increasing at too slow of a rate for this company to grow rapidly.
Maybe when the CC store rollout is close to finished, they will start generating the subs they need. Right now, they are hurting.
