I bought with bad timing

Thought I could pick up some cheap

And bought the day the news (to me) of the secondary at 3.50 came out

Any reason for this to trade above 3.50 until that is past (and then hope Mariano's is great as it appears helllllish to sell in WI as the big boys move in/
