I think the Federal Permit approvals will Trump any Technical analysis here......but that is yet to be seen.

Give it 6-weeks, and I bet PVG is trading much higher than today.


I am loading sub $5.80 here again. Traded out of half at $6.25 range......getting back to 100% position in coming days.


This is one stock I hate to be out of for very long.......
