Thats pretty old info, but PDGO Filings would include any Subsidiary formed: Paradigm Integrated Technology Solutions Inc. In their income statements. I know for a fact every one of the people mentioned in that merger of such, no longer had any dealings with PDGO.

I was aware of so called subsidiaries, think there is another also, but I would need to look over recent report well to see if they show any income or owed money from subsidiaries. If you do not see that, they no longer exists IMO.
