Not when they constantly flip for peanuts and beer money. Typical narrow-minded flipper mentality on a subpenny ticker. 28% STCGT on each flip, payable to the IRS in 2016. They're more than happy to take their chunk of your proceeds. By that time, no one remembers boneheaded flipping until after reconciling their equity account. LMFAO.
