Very possible. They seems to work in the same areas and business. Both businesses will propably know each other and could have been working together. If they join forces and with IDVC's sale office in Dubai it will open possibilities. Maybe that's the company IDVC is looking to take over. Would be a huge advantage, every experience and what they need under 1 roof.
