True indeed. But I hadn't realized the omnitrope anda filing came after the lovenox filings.

The two cases (omnitrope and lovenox) aren't apples to apples in any case. One was a try for a biogeneric, the other is a regular anda albeit complicated.

The plus for mnta is the fda refused to approve omnitrope as a true generic and I'd think it's MUCH closer to being an actual copy than any of the others trying with lovenox.
