Entirely accurate. I don't know what it is this year with fliptards. Last year wasn't like this; neither was the year prior. I think it is instant gratification syndrome. No one has any patience, and sellers don't understand that what they do now will also incur them a 28% short term CGT each time they flip when they pay their taxes in 2016. Incredibly short-sighted and stupid IMHO..
