Actually it's a Federal trial as our state does not have capital punishment unlike Texas where the hate mongers as you say don't mind executing innocent people

No as one of the questions asked was are you against capital punishment? So right of the bat we get a minority of residents in MA.

If I take out or add "R's" do you think you might understand my questions better?
