No one can guess where the share price goes and if they say they can they are talking boat load of crap. From my past experience selling all the shares you have for a good profit is nice, but if you believe the company is good and there is potential, i would say keep the core and trade few of them, so when the real news hits you you will not crap your pants. I had shares at .0005, .0006 & .0008 which i sold them all for a very nice profit(around 200%), but if held them till .006 that would be around 1000%. So in the end i lost around 800% because i did not hold them. So no one knows where the price goes and it is not bad to take some profits off the table when you had a chance especially in OTC. Also, if you sold your shares just move on, no need to bash the stock.
