well, i guess the idea would be that if there were a vote, we would have had the financials of what we were getting from NorthWest, and then voted based on that. Obviously, I would have voted NO ( based on the latest 10q ) and you and others here would have voted YES, so we do respectfully disagree at this point concerning the extent to which share price appreciation is possible in the near future.
