If we lose this case, currency has no value since its value is based on trust. The federal reserve and government can not be trusted. Without trust in government and federal reserve to do the right thing, Americans will create a new exchange currency through black market. That black market will destroy government ability to support itself. The world markets will freeze cause no world currency to exchange will exsists. Do a study on American revolution. Americans changed currency to the wooden nickel and trade of goods went underground. A pieceful way to defund the government and entitlements. And, don't go to prison for not paying federal or state taxes.
