That i don't think the company is more likely to be a fraud
Well, it's a relative thing. Like it isn't cloudy or sunny, but a mix most of the time.
But when they start making up textual stuff to compensate for mistakes that shouldn't have been made in the first place, or copy errors from previous reports, or copy text and don't update it properly, then I start to worry a bit.
This has been ongoing for 2 1/2 years now and I don't see progress. I haven't even looked at the 10-Q in detail yet for the most part and I have already come across a few things that make me wonder.
My downgrade is justified. Fed up with this. Period.
