(EGRX/ESPR)—Conceptually, refraining from buying merely because a stock has risen sharply is the flipside of not selling a stock because you have an unrealized loss. I’ve seen a great many message-board posts where people say they are “stuck” in a given stock because they bought in at too high a price.
