They openly anounced they were increasing the AS in in letter to shareholders. We all know this is to sell shares. How can you say he will never admit to dilution? No one is hiding dilution when it was happening! Scam companies dont have un gaged TA and tell shareholders they are going to raise the TA. NTEK has been pretty open when it comes to this.
