Of course I believe it.

That doesn't make it ANY more or less outrageous.

Can promise you this: Execs at those companies think it is an outrageous claim...like Hugo and Derek they are in denial.

And users of their products/solutions will be very curious. And with MSFT giving Sphere the thumbs up there is sure to be much kicking of the tires.
